Defining and implementing catalog plans in line with Sourcing & Procurement objectives
Seek opportunities to build and maintain standard / punch-out catalogs
Identifying areas of opportunity to increase catalog usage
Developing and establishing catalog trainings, manage audits (internal for price check, contract linkage etc, while external for SOX compliance), reporting and continuous improvement of catalog creation and maintenance process.
Partnering with sourcing and procurement team for price changes
Collaborating with tools/ technology team to drive automation and ensure better user experience

Degree level qualification.
Minimum of 5 years experience in catalog role within sourcing or procurement.
Well conversant with the features, functionality and applicability of sourcing platforms e.g. Ivalua, Ariba etc.
Deep understanding of catalog end to end process
Proven experience or an understanding of electronic procurement/ sourcing tools (Ariba, Ivalua, PeopleSoft, etc.).
Good understanding of end-to-end Source/ Procure-to-Pay processes and tools.
Experience of working within a very strong compliance and regulatory culture, driving policies and procedures, both internally and externally.
Good presentation skills, including experience using Excel pivot tables and PowerPoint to support analytical techniques and presentation of data.
Tenacious and resilient approach along with being skilled in building positive relationship
You are confident, firm, empowering and positive in your attitude towards people and of personal stature and reputation to ensure ready acceptance within the company and to build a favorable representation of the company department internally and to external parties.
Collaborative working style, including experience navigating through matrix organizational responsibilities, organizational change, and working across all global regions, global time zones and teams to elicit successful approaches and solutions.
You have a proactive, hands-on approach and strong interpersonal the skills with capability to manage a growing book of work over time and the ability to balance multiple priorities and types of work.
