Hiring for Oracle HCM cloud for Big 4 Consulting firm at Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyd, Gurgaon

Skill: Oracle HCM- Functional/ Technical

Exp: 1-7 Years

Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyd, Gurgaon

Notice period: Immediate to 90 Days


Experience: 1-7 years relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud- Functional/ Technical

Key Skills for Oracle HCM Cloud- Functional:

  • Functional Experience in at least two of the following modules of Oracle HCM Cloud- Benefits, Compensation, Helpdesk, Payroll, Absence, Time and Labor, Talent and Learn, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Core HR and Security modules.
  • Good understanding of the Business Processes.
  • Conduct requirement workshops and Map Business Processes to Oracle HCM Cloud Modules
  • Ability to identify as-is processes and to-be processes.
  • Ability to build/review functional design specification documents
  • Designing complex enhancements, interfaces, reports
  • Hands-on configuration working with functional set up manager across Oracle HCM Cloud modules
  • Ability to configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules.
  • Has worked with small and large teams
  • Has Knowledge of different aspects of life cycle of Fusion HRMS implementation projects.

Key Skills for Oracle HCM Cloud- Technical:

  • 1 7 years of experience as a technical consultant with experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Experience in HR processes, having worked on more than two projects in the HR process domain in a technical capacity in any of the following modules is preferred - Benefits, Compensation, Helpdesk, Payroll, Absence, Time and Labor, Talent and Learn, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Core HR and Security modules.
  • One or more of the following skills is required - Ability to code, write technical specifications, perform code reviews, create/understand integration strategies, write interfaces, perform data conversions, understand how HR application interfaces with other modules / ERPs/third party applications
  • Experience with at least one HR implementation project
  • Good communication skills
  • Should have experience of working in large and/or disparate teams
  • Expertise in one or more of the following technologies
  • App Designer, Component Interface, People Code, App Engine, SQR, PS Query, XML Publisher, SQL, Data Mover, File Layout, Integration Broker
  • FBL, Fast Formulas, HDL, XML Publisher, Taleo Client Connect (TCC)
  • Data Conversions, Interfaces, AME, Workflow, Reporting Tools
  • PL/SQL and other relevant programming languages
